About
Gloria D. Cassell is a speaker, author, and teacher who helps people move from pressure and overload into alignment and real rest. Her work explores why life often feels heavier than it should and how returning the weight of life leads to greater clarity, stability, and freedom.
Gloria is a faith-centered teacher whose cultivation assignment began long before this course.
As a single mother who had just purchased her first home, Gloria spent three years restoring her backyard herself. With limited financial resources and no formal horticulture training.
For the past 13 years, she has used her gardening business to teach people how to grow their own food. She also studied the soil structure, resistance, drainage systems, root behavior, and what happens when the ground carries more than it was designed to hold.
What began as restoration and education became revelation.
She witnessed that when soil holds more than it was designed to, it signals.
It compacts. It resists. It produces strain. - just as Scripture said it would.
But when the structure is corrected and the weight is redistributed, the soil responds.
Genesis teaches that humanity was formed from the dust of the ground.
Through years of cultivation, Gloria began to see the parallel clearly: when people carry misplaced responsibility, their body signals overload - with tension, exhaustion, anxiety, and strain.
Her assignment has expanded from cultivating soil to cultivating the rest.
In this course, Gloria teaches a faith-centered framework rooted in Scripture and lived experience to release misplaced responsibility and restore sustainable rest.
She does not merely diagnose overload; she teaches how to return the weight and receive the rest Jesus promised in Matthew 11.
